If you use ServiceNow or another enterprise management platform, choose your level of integration. Using ServiceNow’s Integration Hub or direct API integration, we can custom configure systems to include just the right level of access that enables collaboration while upholding your corporate security standards. Telaid handles all integration in-house, significantly reducing time and expense associated with using third-party software and development consultants.

If integration is not currently an option for you, our ServiceNow Customer Portal allows you to log in and interact directly with your Telaid project or service data.

Simply submit your technology requests, service tickets or other projects via ServiceNow and the system will automatically notify the correct team members, create a ticket that can be tracked via the dashboard, and trigger action on the part of our team.
